WHAT IS IT?

The Miracle Bean And The Chocolate Machine is the latest immersive experience from the creator of Accomplice ("Ingenious and unique. Don't Miss!" —Critic's Pick, Time Out New York) and The Grift (“A quirky, ingenious and altogether delightful piece of entertainment.” —What's On Stage London).

Part theater and part game, using the stunning backdrop of Harvest Moon Farm and Orchard as its setting, this interactive production drops its audience into the middle of an adventure. Small, intimate groups of participants are sent on a mission, interacting with characters, following maps, and solving clues in an effort to unravel the mysteries of an eccentric chocolatier, uncover a secret recipe of exotic ingredients, and locate a fifty-year-old cacao bean held under lock and key.

  • Tickets are $25

  • Runtime is approximately 75 min

  • Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

  • Groups of 10 begin the experience every 30 minutes

 FAQs

  • Yes, but not just for kids! While the show is family friendly, it is not strictly for kids. Think of it like chocolate. Who doesn’t love chocolate?

  • Yes! While this show considered family friendly it is not specifically designed for children.

  • First of all, that’s not even a question. Second of all, you can play along and participate as much or as little as you like. You won’t be asked to do anything uncomfortable and you can just be along for the ride.

  • Trust us — the fun is in the surprises!

  • In the event of inclement weather, we will either reschedule you for a later date or refund your tickets if you’re unable to attend.

  • The show is set at a leisurely pace, and there is never more than a five minute walk at a time. Over the 1.5 hour run time, there is a total of one mile of walking, occasionally uphill.

  • Any number is fine! You’ll experience the show with a group of ten, and pairs and solo attendees will be grouped with others.

  • If you purchase tickets to the same time slot, you and your friends will all be grouped together.

  • Each time slot is for 10 people, so if you purchase less than that you will be grouped with others. You might make friends!

    If you’d like to guarantee a private group, please purchase all 10 tickets.

  • If you purchase all 10 tickets for a group, no one else will be with you.  Just look for an available slot with 10 tickets and purchase them all.

  • Of course! Just have your deadbeat friends purchase for the same time slot and you'll be together. Note to deadbeats: don't put off buying your tickets or some Johnny-Take-Action will scoop 'em up and you'll be left out!

  • The show can accommodate up to 15 per group.  For purchases of 11-15 people, please call 917-535-9979 with your request.  We’ll up the maximum amount of space and sell you the extra tickets.  For more than 15, please purchase two back to back groups.

  • The Miracle Bean And The Chocolate Machine typically sells out, so we encourage you to purchase tickets in advance. In the event we have available space, tickets will be available on site.

  • Please dress for the weather, and wear comfortable shoes.
